Reporting a Schedule Change or Mistake

To help us fix things quickly, please include:

• The route (for example, San José → La Fortuna)
• What changed: departure time, price, terminal or bus company
• When you traveled or saw the information, and where (terminal window, company website, driver)

We check reports against official sources before updating a route page.

What We Can’t Help With

We are an independent information site, not a bus company or travel agency. We can’t sell tickets, make reservations, or handle refunds and lost luggage — for those, please contact the bus company directly (you’ll find the operator on each route page).
